OTH by OldTimer is a tool to be used with OTL. Most often on heavily infected systems that have problems running any tools or .exe file types.
1. Click Kill All Processes.
2. Click Start OTL. Run OTL and any custom scans.
3. Click Internet Explorer.
4. Post OTL log to a forum to receive help.
5. Click Reboot.
